We’re hosting a Carnival, with a softball theme. All proceeds will go towards helping provide access to local fields for South Durham Little League.

We will sell Game Tickets for $1 each. These tickets will be redeemed at stations arranged throughout the field to play Carnival Games, Social Games, and Competitive Games. Game Tickets will be used as Entry to play each game, with games awarding Prize Tickets. Prize Tickets can be used to purchase prizes. 

  • Carnival Games: Individual stations where participants can spend Game Tickets to play carnival-style games and earn Prize Tickets. 
  • Social Games: Yard games where participants can compete against other participants for Prize Tickets. 
  • Competitive Games: “Serious” games, where leaderboards, records, and standings are tracked and qualifiers compete in the Grand Finale at 6:15pm for the biggest prizes.

For $40, participants will be able to purchase an “Unlimited Games” wristband, with each wristband including $15 in coupons towards their purchase at any Food Truck at the event.

As of June 2025, we are currently looking for sponsors to ensure we can successfully launch this event. Full event details are linked below!
