Play NC is hosting a Softball Carnival! 

The event will take place on Saturday, August 16 at Parkwood Baseball Field. All proceeds will go towards field projects for South Durham Little League.

We will be playing 12 different softball-themed Carnival games, plus 3 Competitive games and several Social games. Each of these stations will be stand-alone games where guests can redeem Game Tickets for a chance to win Prize Tickets.

We will have food trucks, vendors, and plenty of fun! Your sponsorship will help us pay for materials to build these games and provide a fun place for people to play. Our goal is to invite the larger South Durham Little League community, plus other local little leagues, travel teams, and generally anyone in the Triangle area who wants to have fun playing some carnival games!

The $200 Single Game sponsorship level will include:

• Game Naming Rights (eg. Knock Em Down, sponsored by Bob’s Burgers).
• Logo, Business Description, and any promotional graphic or text you want displayed at your Game Booth.
• Mention in every newsletter or promotion we send for the event.
• 10 Free Game Tickets

For $500, you can sponsor one of our three “Main Event” / Competitive games. This includes everything from the Single Game level, plus:

• Name and Logo featured during the “Grand Finale” competitions to close the night.
• Priority placement on all promotional materials.

For $2,500, you can sponsor the entire event and become the Headlining business behind the entire Carnival. This includes everything from the Single Game level, plus:

• Special feature during the “Grand Finale” at the end of the night.
• Name and Logo featured at every game, on the Main Event banner, t-shirts, and giveaways, each at the same level as Play NC and South Durham Little League.

Full details on the specific games and stations will be released before June 16.

Once you pay for your sponsorship, we will reach out by email to collect your logo image files, text for the description of your business, and learn anything else you want Play NC to promote about your business. We will do our best to promote whatever image and material you’d like to use!
